We’re Robin and Joe. With over 1,000 training workshops under our belts, we've spent years understanding how to create impactful learning experiences. Now we're here to help you deliver creative, engaging sessions that truly work, and leave a lasting impression on your learners.


  • Director and Facilitator

    Robin has been facilitating training for almost 20 years, delivering engaging learning experiences to thousands of people each year. He has designed and delivered several programmes nationally and is passionate about interactive, dynamic training. Always seeking new ways to bring sessions to life, Robin combines his expertise with a love for creativity. Outside of training he will mainly be found gardening and spoiling his beloved dog, Bosco.


  • Director and Facilitator

    Joe has been facilitating training since 2015, delivering well over 100 sessions annually ever since. Last year he was proud to achieve an average facilitator score of 9.7/10. He also worked with his largest ever audience of over 4,000 people. He is known for his creative learning techniques, including his Top Trumps and escape room activities. Outside of training, he’s a devoted dad to three boys and loves music and sport.
